Reserves: The Division 1 Reserves made a good start to the season with a 2-9 to 1-10 win over Scotstown on Sunday last. Played in challenging conditions, a strong finish to the first half saw Donaghmoyne trail by two points despite playing against a strong wind, with a Josh Wilson goal and scores from Aaron Courtney, Noah Connolly and Conor Burns leaving the score 1-5 to 0-9 at the interval. Scores were hard to come by in the second half with both teams struggling to find their range, but points from David Kerley, Conor Burns and a two pointer from Matthew Marron saw Donaghmoyne edge in front. A goal from Eoghan McGroder and a point from Josh Wilson moved Donaghmoyne into a six point lead and sealed the win despite Scotstown scoring 1-1 in the final minutes to set up a nervy finish.

Donaghmoyne Lights Up: Wednesday March 11th was the last evening of the 2026 Donaghmoyne Lights Up campaign. A massive thank you to Carmel for all her hard work in organising the weekly walks and well done to everyone who participated. The walking track remains lit all evening if you want to keep up the good work and go for a walk in a safe environment.
Monaghan Minors: Well done to Donaghmoyne players Peter Gilmartin, Joseph Boylan, Noah Hughes, Caoilte Kelly and all the Monaghan Minor team who had a great away win in Donegal on Saturday.
